New 4runner owner :)
I picked up a 1995 4 runner today. The guy I got it from had all the receipts from everything that was ever done to it, its got 122000 miles, and the V6 motor. Its in good shape and not rusty for a Midwestern vehicle. I'm not planning any mods just wanna drive it. Years ago, I used to drive an '83 Land Cruiser. This thing drives nothing like it but still reminds me of that old truck.
I am glad to find this board!

Ah crap, my name was supposed to be Slakjaw, not slakkaw.... I called Toyota and they looked up the VIN# Apparently, this one is a late model 95? it was never included in the head gasket recall. So that's cool.

Very cool. I know your not looking in to any mods, but id do the ISR mod, its really simple and i noticed a difference in throttal responce and a bit more power with it.

Search for the thread "cant find isr mod parts" and you will see a few pics.

Welcome! Looks like a nice clean runner. It also does not appear to have a saggy butt. These things are notorious for sagging in the rear. One of my first mods back in the day was Downey Coils and Bils all the way around. After that came Yotatech and it went downhill from there...
