Seems like it is hard to find a good set of 3" nerf bars.

I have a single cab 87 Toyota PU 4x4 and am looking at purchasing a set. Most I've seen have two areas for tread for extra cab, etc. Nothing, that is in stock, that is a single tread or no tread at all. Finding bars at the local pick-a-part is near impossible. Thanks for any help you all may have in advance.

 

Try low range offroad, yotashop or marlin crawler. Another option is to buy yourself a 110v welder and fab one up yourself.

 

Yes, make one to your spec. The 80s big nerf bars side front and back look really goofy to me - always did. Make them thin like rock sliders.
