Need some help with tire size

I've got a 92 Toyota pickup. 4wd, automatic, not the 22re. V6. Stock gearing. I'm getting a 4" rough country suspension and have a 3" body. I'm running 31" bighorns currently. What's the biggest mud/trail tires I should run with my stock gearing and the lift? Also I'm having some problems. I can be driving and slow down at a stop sign or something and when I go to take off again it's like it's in a high gear and takes off slow. It doesn't have any power, but once it gets up to speed, it does fine then will act normally. I took it to the transmission shop and the guy didn't know what could be wrong with it. Anybody ever had this problem or know what it could be? Thanks!!

What do you mean? I'm sorry if I posted it in the wrong section. I'm new here. And mine has the 3.4 if I'm not mistaken..

I'm sorry. Again I'm new here and have no idea what I'm doing. Thought I had messed up. Lol. I've thought about 33" Boggers, but I ride the road quite often and get 14 mpg right now. My truck is horrible on gas. My dads 96 standard gets 19. He drives mine and it gets like 12. I don't see what's up with it.
