Need some auto transfer case help

I've got a 92 4Runner auto with a 3.4 swap.
Prior to the swap my low range worked fine. Now I have no low range.
4high works fine and when I shift into 4low I still only have 4high
I don't know if it's just bad timing or if it's related to the swap (not sure why it would)
I pulled the shifters out to replace some bushings but I double checked and everything looks like it should.
I'm not sure where to start.
I appreciate any help

If this is the A340H trans the 4L planetary gear lock is passenger side mid section for the plug, There are two harness plugs from it, One connects to the harness that goes up into the engine compartment and the other goes over the top of the trans to the plug on the drivers side.

Look at L4 to the trans, The wire should be Yellow red to it and White black to ground.

I didn't think the 5VZ ECT supported the A340H 4WD control system or have you rewired that section for direct B+ control?
(I always assumed the 3VZ turned on OD and 4WD lever diverted the pressure to the transfercase lock (because when pressure drops to low you lose 4WD sometimes), I guess the lever just electronicly turns both locks on.)

I'll check those wires, thank you.
I didn't do any of the wiring, and I don't know what b+ control is. I had toyonlyswaps build the harness. I did use a t100 ecu and harness, the t100 apparently used the same tran.
Would it theoretically be possible to jump 12v to the yellow/red wire to see if it'll go into low that way?

I would check for 12v on the yellow red first, the problem may be the 4L lock or the 4x4 switch on the drivers side, Also it may be that the 4X lever is not being pushed far enough (disconnect the linkage to it and manual move it all the way and see if that works)

Finally got it fixed.
Turns out when toyonlyswaps wrote down my information they mistakenly wrote down that I had a 2wd 4Runner so some wiring was left out.
Drove it to their shop monday and they got it taken care of.

Nothing terribly exciting. Just a stock 4Runner besides the 3.4
It's just mostly a daily that we can have some fun in the snow and on the dunes with. It also tows my autocross car
