need to pass emissions!

howdy all, so heres my problem, i havent gone to get the emissions checked yet, but i know my 4runner wont pass...it idles at about 500 rpm. anybody know any quick fixes, or possible solutions to my little problem. ive got cat and muffler, and did the isr mod, and im sure the truck is clean enough to pass, but with the idle so low i do not think that it will fly. any help is greatly appreciated. thanx!

Check your TPS....4crawler's Website on TPS Adjustment and Check. My 91 yota was idling at 800rpm's and I failed. A quick adjustment to bring my idle to 1100rom's and she passed with flying colors.

Don't blindly adjust anything, test and troubleshoot anything that may be causing the issue you are experiencing, but with an idle of 500rpm's I'd personally start here.

Glad to hear it's running better. I know the feeling from first hand experience. Now do you think it will pass emissions/inspection? That's the big question. Glad I could help.
