Need a Part identification

I borrowed this picture from here for reference....could someone tell me what this big screw is/does ?

AC idle up. There is a VSV that turns on when you turn your AC on, then the system you point to just routes air past the throttle blade giving you faster idle when the AC cycles on. The screw is for setting this higher speed. You want it at about 1100 rpm when the AC is on.
