I am at the end of my rebuild today I was hoping for a test run and break in new piston rings. First time started up to find a small gas leak at #1 fuel injector to fuel rail o-ring. Rig ran nice no obvious problems. After I took off the throttle body and loosened upper intake manifold to get the fuel rail off enough to replace o-ring. I reassembled but have an awful idle loss of vacuum and sounds like a misfire.
Any ideas on what to double check
I tried to single out a cylinder by grounding out sparkplug wire
vacuum lines look good
Fuel injectors ran nice before the o ring swap.
Injector connectors are shot had to do zip ties
Voltage gauge in cluster is jumping
Rpms low and speratic
made the mistake of trying to pull the afm screws out to disconnect but re soderded the connection seams to work

Reason for rebuild head gasket passanger side leaking coolent in to #5 cylindrr
Heads cleaned and pressure tested
New head gaskets
New pistons and rings
New water pump timing parts
new oil pump / shows pressure during test
New knock sensor and pigtail
New clutch kit
Vavle lash corrections
