Need help with windshield molding

Looking to reinstall windshield molding on an '87 pickup. The kit I got came with two types of self-adhesive clips. Does anyone know where and how to properly install these?

did you get oem parts for aftermarket? sometimes those aftermarket kits come with parts that aren't used on a particular model.
