Need Help w/ Preventative Maintenance

HI, I think its about that time to do some preventative maintenance on my truck. Its a 92 PU with a 22re and a 5spd trans. Also, its a 4x4. I bought the truck with 192k on it and its now nearly at 195k. Im not sure what maintenance the previous owner did and Id rather be safe then sorry. Things I was thinking of doing are; changing fluids in the tranny, t-case , and the diffs as well. I just need help as to what fluids are best for what. Also, any DIY links to threads about any of the above services would be greatly appreciated.

Any other preventative maintenance tips would be greatly appreciated as this is my first yota.

Thanks!

5spd tranny, tcase, and diffs take GL-3,-4, or -5 with SAE weight 75w-90 or 80w-90. OF course, you can use different weights, thats just whats recommended.

Take the valve cover off and check the condition of the timing chain and timing chain guides. While you have it off, might as well adjust the valves. Both are super easy and great ways to get to know the 22re . I have been checking the valve lash usually every six months since I have owned a 22re ( 5 years about)

grab a grease gun....slide under the truck...and grease EVERY ZERK YOU FIND..

i believe gl-5...like a 75w gear oil for the diffs and t-case and tranny..of course i could be mistaken...just the cheap stuff from oreiley's..but if you want to get all fancy and you have the money..i've heard Royal Purple's gear oil's are amazing..and actually help gas mileage.
of course that's just what i've heard...if i ever have the money i'll change out all my fluids with royal purple...just to see..

inspect your cv's..and your u-joints for any wear..busted cv boot is NOT good..so it'd be a good idea to replace the boot (or the whole cv..whichever floats yer boat)..replace u-joints if bad..

o yea..and SEARCH around on here..i believe there are a few Preventative maintenance threads..lol

I do know that the timing chain was done at around 150k so that should be good. Thanks for the tips on the fluids!

Valve clearances should be checked as well, but if they're not noisy they're probably fine.
Fuel filter is allegedly a lifetime item but it can stand a change every 100K or so.
Belts and hoses....
You know all the "tune up stuff too".
Power steering fluid should be checked and maybe flushed if it's turning brown.
***MAKE SURE TO USE DEXRON or DEX/MERC ATF FLUID AND NOT REGULAR POWER STEERING FLUID***
