need help with rear axles leak

hi!!!
recently i notice my ebrake was shot,so i inspect the cables and adjustment and everything is ok.so i take of the rear drums and the brake shoes are soaked with gear oil,so i take the axles out and replace the oil seal, after a 5 minute run the brakes were gone again,i have done this 3 times a nothing get better it keeps soaking the rear brakes,i inspect all bearings and retainers and seems to be ok in fact they were replaced by prevoius owner.
im thinking that the bearing retainer is not the same as the factory one even they look the same maybe for a milimmeter or two it will cause the leak.
and by the way the diff breather its ok.

any help?
thanks!!!

Is the seal groove in the housing good, make sure it is smooth with no scratches. Also check the axle shaft where the seal rides, make sure its not worn, pitted or scratched. Some one else will be by shortly with more info I am sure.

the seals are factory ones 6 bucks each one and everything around the housing is ok well seated with sst greased lip before axle installation .
my doubt is with the bearing retainer i dont know if is factory or not and maybe the diameter is a little smaller than the factory i also change the seal spring wire with one a bit smaller for more tight fit aroun the bearing retainer and it works for a few days then the leak again but this time in small amounts.
