need help quick(main bearing)

need help quick(main bearing)
can anyone give me some help on getting my main bearing out of my 90 v6 4runner, the bearings are all gone so just the outside ring is stuck in there is there any way to get it out aside from tearing everything apart? i thought it was part of the flywheel but i was wrong
