need AISIN manual hub faceplate or ideas!

Use a brass drift to contact the hub bodies and the hub studs. Work around the studs hitting from the ends. Straight hammer blows will mushroom the ends and damage the hub body. Try hitting the hub body itself too from the top and the sides. The brass will absorb the damage and not mess up your hubs or studs.

A torch could go either way it might help but i think not .
It would make it worse cooking out all the PB blaster.
Torch is good for nuts .
I have never even tried it although it is only a few steps away

Do you have an air chisel? One way I've done it is to just start the nut onto the stud so you cant mess the stud up. Then give it a zap with the air chisel.
Works every time. You mess the nut up but I have tons of them so I never cared.

I take it the air hammer is not a option??
Did you get these off yet ??
As I said the first time can be a real pain you need to break the cone washers free of the hub body as well as the studs .
The vibration from the air hammer works wonders!!
Myself I think being unable to get your hubs off in a reasonable amount of time far out weighs the bolts ever coming loose on my Warn Hubs at the wrong time
