Look here for a sketch of it.
On the rear of the intake manifold there is the water bypass outlet and on this there is a plug of some sort (the one on the far pass. side) it has a rubber hose like a vacume line coming out of it.

What is it? The hose is broke off on mine

Its a VSV or a vacuum switching valve. It allows canister purge when its warmed up. Its blue in color, 2 nipples and you broke one off when removing the pulsation dampner to disconnect the fuel line. Or someone else did. When you remove the pulsation dampner, pop off the plastic cap on it, then it wont break the VSV, and pop the cover back on when its tight. Dealers will have it in stock.

Yep one of the lines goes to the Charcoal canister.
