Name that belt

i am new with these 3.0 so i dont know what one of the belts is missing so here is a picturecan any one tell me what one it is
any info would help

Yes, the A/C belt is missing, it goes around the A/C pulley, the crank pulley and an idler pulley down below.

Your fan seems to be missing too

i know the fan is gone but if i didnt have the ac belt it woul still run corect
because for some unknow reason my truck doesnt want to start

It should still run like normal without the A/C belt, it only powers the compressor.
