If your front end rides really rough and you still have stock shocks or shocks that are soft you probably have your T-bars cranked. Also, when you hit a speed bump you nearly have your teeth jarred out. That's another indication. Also, measure from the top of your wheel (rim) to the edge of your fender or fender trim. See if anyone else in here has a truck with a stock ride height (assuming that's what yours are) and get them to measure and compare (they might know if theres are cranked or not). Also, look under the front of your truck and look at the angle of your CV axles. If they have a slight upward angle on them going towards the front diff, depending on how much angle, will tell you if they are cranked.
Cranking your Torsion bars is an extremely poor way to gain lift if that's what you're implying. I'd rather have the slight aritculation and better ride with a slightly lower (we're talking a matter of quarter inches to inches here) than have my front end cranked and have my teeth knocked out with every bump.

cranking the t-bars does little to the ride quality, however if you have a stock height rear end you wouldnt want them cranked because you want the truck to sit basically level with a slightly higher rear.

I have 7.5" from top of the tire to the fender. That is with 30" tires. Can anyone tell me if that sounds stock or not. The rear is about 4.5". Yep it's sagging bad.

plus 30's arent stock. top of fender to rim is the generally accepted measurement, and you will find a ton of posts with information on the stock distance between them
