Are my ears going to bleed?

So my exhaust needs to be replaced, so I bought a header, and a turbo muffler and was wanting to dump the exhaust right in front of the rear tire. Any ideas on how loud its going to be and how its going to effect the 22re?

Everything I've found has been about, whats the best 22r(e) exhaust setup?, will this work?, lce vs pacesetter vs thorly, etc. but nothing on shorter exhaust.

It depends on how much sound youre willing to put up with. I did the exhaust on my 90 v6. Cat is stock, put on a new pipe between cat and aeroturbine muffler and a short turn down. Its right in front of the rear axle. I like the sound and it gets lots of comments from others, but it might be more noise then some would want.

If you can dump the exhaust out side of the bed and not under it, it will cut down on the noise and drone big time. Mine dumps under the bed and as soon as I can, I am going to extend it to a side exit to cut down on the drone. The best option for noise would be a rear exit.
