Motor Mount Issues

After fixing a seal on my power steering pump I noticed something strange about the driver side motor mount on my 22re. Is it supposed to sit like that?

I thought it was a broken motor mount, but I replaced it and nothing changeds. Is there any way to fix this?

The looks broken to me. Kind of odd though. There is just a stud that is inbedded in the rubber that goes through that cup looking thing to the engine bracket. Looks like the stud is broken or has come out of the rubber.

Any more ideas? I can't figure this out and it's making my 4runner feel like I've got a V8 with a lumpy cam. Which is pretty cool other then the fact that I know it's killing my motor mount.

Was it cocked to one side like that before you put the mount on?

Just out of curiosity, what does the other one look like? The other side, that is.
