Moist And My Pickup ,perform Better ,why??

I FOUND IT!! this morning i replaced my old O2 sensor by an NGK FOR NTK SENSOR,112 bux can,and at first it did not changed anything ,when i got to work,but tonight after work when i drove it home ,i noticed a BIG difference in responsse,and it just seems to run better,ill just have to figure out how much MPG i got now,im very happy right now..
