I kinda see the "cow"... but really like more how the black breaks up the body lines, in a good way. I think you are on the right track.

What kind of body lift is that? Someone just posted a couple days ago with a red 1st gen 4Runner that had lift blocks like that (think they were aluminum) and they popped through the body.
BTW, the truck looks cool! Are you gonna have your title changed now?!

I'm not sure about the body lift, for the longest time I thought it was a dealer/ factory option. I have run into a few old timers over the past few years that bought their trucks new with the same body lift but Im the 13th owner of this bish (carfax) so I have no records at all.

Could you post a link to that thread?

I hate the look of the body lift. It looks so but I am going to keep it untill I get some skill useing my new welder. The bL under the bed is welded to the frame so when I chop it down it is going to stay.

Looks like you have the the same BL.

"One concern with body lift blocks is possible electrolytic corrosion due to dissimilar metals touching. This can be a problem with aluminum blocks and the steel of the body."

BTW...nice cow you have there

I miss seeing your truck driving thru Tarpin Springs. Oh well, Looks good. I like that paint job, might steal part of it down the road, but the desert camo is cool looking.
Should have done it in palm trees though.

heck ya man they are both really cool! I think yours would have looked a little better if you had some more "spots" but yours is also unique so i think that is the great part about it.

I like the paint, Flat black is just plain sexy and the tan goes really well. Nice work man. But I gotta say, that Body Lift is just plain ugly and a little scarry IMO.

LOL I know. When I get a change I am going to get some hockey pucks (1"lift cheap) and do away with the aluminum spacer/lft. I even have the saws all ready to go just in case anything rubs
