Missing problem

Ok guys, I have 1993 v6 4runner with automatic trans. When I start my car in the morning when it is cold it runs good all the way up to operating temp. If I drive on the highway where I go 55 60 I never have a problem. If I go slow or stop for a bit or when I am off roading at slower speeds using more power the engine starts missing really bad! But once I get off the power and start going faster on the highway where more air is moving through the engine compartment the missing slowly goes away. During the whole time my coolant temp stays pretty much the same once it is warm? What is going on?
