For some reason I think you're looking for an answer along the lines of "It will be fine just ignore it", you're going to have to pull the transmission no other solution other than let it come apart whenever it decides it wants to in a spectacular catastrophic display...
Tranny bearing, output bearing for sures, presumably a shattered clutch plate and who knows what awaits you.
My condolences.

Yeah I figured I couldn't ignore it, how hard is it to rebuild the g54 I have rebuilt automatics and a few 13 speeds so I have the knowledge of working on transmissions just don't have any diagrams or service books and any suggestions on clutches it is a daily driver does rock auto have good clutches

If you have rebuilt automatics, I think a manual would be easier for you. I had my transmission removed, rebuilt, reinstalled for $1385 in Dallas, TX in the middle of my Route 66 road trip.

I figure it will be easy but looked all over the Internet and can't find any manuals on how to rebuild one since they are different then any manuAL I have taken apart most recent was g360 for a Cummins unless a Chilton manual will give me the info I need
