Quick question, i searched it up on google, no help. I even emailed the MTO no help.
I have an 87 4 runner, which i bought with no dash. I could find one to replace it but id prefer to build a metal dash. The original one would be all cut up from me putting stuff on it anyways, and i mean metal dashes are sweet.

The question is, are they legal to run on the road in Ontario Canada, because i bought it without a dash i cant safety it that way.

 

They should of told you what spec you needed to meet when they failed you. Uhm call up the RCM er RMC, err the mounties Thats what I'd do, only down here we call em state patrol they handle safety inspections down here.
