master cyclinder question.. did a search and found nothing

i have a 92 pickup and the break master cylinder is super close to my upper shock mount on my engine cage ........ my buddy has a 95 pickup and has a shorter master.... the question is are they inerchangable or is there another master i can straight up mount that is not so long???

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say yours is a 4 Cylinder and his is a 6?

If that's the case, he probably has the thicker dual stage brake booster and the stubbier master cylinder. It will bolt right up to yours. I have one from a 91 4Runner in my 87 Pickup. You'll get a big boost in braking power as well.
