Check your main Coil wire to the Distributor. Mine fell off on Sunday and was under my rubber boot over the distributor and I check everything but that for 15-20 minutes put it back on and it fired right up.

**22re AFM question
Basically im at the point on my truck to where i think it could be the AFM. The truck cranks and cranks and cranks but never fires. Hot Spark plenty of fuel, and basically its flooding itself out. The AFM clicks wierd when its trying to start, and when i have a friend hit on it it almost wants to fire. Do you guys think i am going in the right direction with this? It seems like the AFM is just making it want to flood out. any input would be great!

The ground came off because i think it wasnt tight. I have looked at all my grounds and looked for anything loose. My friend who is a 22r guy also looked it over as well. We came up with the possiblity that it could be the air flow meter because it is flooding itself out before it can start. Anyone agreee?

You said there's no injector pulse. How is it flooding if the injectors aren't opening?
If you're getting injector pulse, that means they're opening. If the fuel pump runs, then they're getting fuel. As long as your air filter isn't 100% clogged, you're getting air, the last thing you need is spark and timing. Timing isn't a likely culprit out of the blue like that, especially on the 22re with a timing chain, so I'd go with spark. Pull a plug and check for spark while cranking.
No spark? Check the dizzy, coil, coil wire, plug wires, etc... Pull the cap off and verify that the rotor isn't all burned out and the contacts in the cap. If you have spark, fuel, and air, the truck should start.
By the way, how'd you come to the conclusion earlier that you had no injector pulse? Grab a noid light and remove all doubt.

Basically the shop i took it too was pretty stupid because i couldnt work on it during all the storms i had. Im pretty sure they couldnt figure anything out so they just told me the computer needed replaced. I took off the fuel line at the filter and it shoots out fuel. When you crank it the plugs just get flooded with gas. I have since been told by 2 22r guys it could possibly be my AFM. The truck wants to start it just cant. The truck has a new distributor, rotor, cap, wires, and plugs.

Are you sure it is getting fuel. Make sure the pump is coming on by having someone feel the fuel line at the tank. Unless your spark plugs smell like gas. EFI fuse is 15amps and is the bottom left fuse (note spares fuses immediate left) at the box under the driver kick panel.
