lower control arm bolts

lower control arm bolts
I haven't started this yet, but I need to replace the LCA's so need new bushings.
The ones I have the bolts did not come out easily. Any hints on how to get the bolts out without cutting the LCA off ?
Also suggestions on bushings ? Energy suspension ?
