Lower balljoint compatablility

Lower balljoint compatablility
I need new joints for my truck and have found a good deal. The upper Moog numbers are right but the lowers are moog K9587 and they say they fit 86-89? will they fit my 92? I didn't think they changed the IFS through 86-95? Can anyone confirm?
