Exclamation low, ruff Idle at warm start up

I have a 92 22-re that starts up just fine when it is cold but when the motor is warm and i start the truck it idles ruff and sounds like is struggling to get up to rmp's. I thought mabey the cold start was stuck on open loop, also thought that the fuel pump wasnt working quick enough. If any one has an idea about possible check list that would be helpful!

Leaking Injectors can cause this also.

Yeah i thought it would be a bad injector, also i know that my coolent gague is all the way cold im going to put in a different theromostat so that the engine runs hotter, I read some other forums that said temperature has alot to do with fuel mixture. And some times it acts like it loses fuel pressure when i turn the motor off and then restart the motor the gas gauge goes down, I have tuned the motor several times with it warm and it still has the same problem. When i bought the truck the dealer said it had a bad cold start injector but i tested it and it was ok on the amount of ohms but it still could be leaking......you think?????
