loss in power, wont accelerate 93 3.0 5spd

at WOT the car will drop off in rpms and will not accelerate. occurs off and on and stopped after i replaced the plug wires. well its happening agin and its happening more frequently now. terrible gas milage aswell. no CEL. can i be throwing a code and not a CEL? WTF is going on?

any suggestions?

im thinking tps sensor, distributor, or fuel pump.

Could also be the AFM goin south or out of adjustment.

Start with the basics. Replace the fuel filter, air filter, plugs, cap, and rotor. I'm betting that will solve your problem. If not, then you will want to look into components that effect mixture: O2 sensor, ECT sensor, TPS, VAFM.
