Losing Power .... please help

hi everyone. i have a 94 4runner 3.0. v6. recently i noticed i've been losing a significant amount of power. kinda feels like its starving on gas. i replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, circuit opening relay, spark plugs and wires, dist. cap and rotor,... injectors regapped, timing reset,... still cant find the problem. i did however find a vacuum leak which made my idle decrease to where i constantly had to tap the gas just so it didnt die out.. used some gorilla tape to see if it'll hold temporarily till i get another intake hose and so far its working for now. trying to get out of second and third gear takes a while... i cant seem to pick up any speed... also, during startup i often have to crank it about 2-3 time before the car starts. how much of a difference or if any will there be if i changed out the o2 sensor since i havent changed it yet.

Have you pulled codes yet? Start there.

You can run an UNLIT MAPP/Propane torch around the engine at idle to check for other vacuum leaks (it will idle up slightly where you have one). Only do this after the engine is warmed up. With the miles of vacuum lines, it's the only way to be sure.

First, I'd suspect the knock sensor pigtail is bad if you had a sudden drop in power.
