Loping question

Loping question
Well actually i got a couple questions.
I just did a top end re-build on my 1990 4runner 3vze.
Now the engine is loping when im stopped. However, i've noticed when i put it in neutral and rev the engine a few times the loping stops.... kinked hose? I do have a couple hoses i had to put in cause of broken hoses and im thinking they may be a little kinked.
Or MAS? was also told to check that..
anyone got other ideas?
