Loose/Broken antenna fix

My antenna seems to be loose/broken inside the fender. It won't stay straight up and down but always wants to turn. When I open the door I can see into the fender where it mounts, but can't find a good way to get to it. I don't want to take the whole fender off just to fix it. Any advice would be helpfully. Thanks

There is a plastic panel on the other side of the fender. Remove the bolts the hold it on, and you should be able to get to the antenna.

ok, seems the plastic pipe piece is broken. Ive tried searching for a replacement, but can't seem to find one on the net. Anyone have an idea where to get one? Junkyard? or would an auto parts store have one?

My power antenna broke a long time ago. I just went to autozone and picked up a universal antenna and installed it. It is no longer powered, but I couldn't care less.
