looking for the front e-brake cable

looking for the front e-brake cable
hi i have a 91 4runner four door 22re 5speed
i have two problems with this truck
first the only place i can find the front e-brake cable is a toyota dealer and thay want $130 for the cable any idea where i can get one cheaper
also my spare tire carrier is non exsistent it was a under car type what should i do about this
