Lift REMOVAL??

Lift REMOVAL??
New to the board which I have found to be an excellent source for Toyota info.
I am looking to buy an 86-89 4runner and many I have found have a 3-4" bracket lift which I find to be useless as minimal ground clearance is gained, center of gravity in increased etc...I plan to run 32s and install a rear locker to achieve moderate "trailabity"
So, the question is, how hard is it to REMOVE the bracket lift kit? (I would assume nothing has been cut off etc)
thanks for any help

If nothing has been cut off, removal is simply the reverse of installation. Find out what lift it is, find the install manual and start at the back...
If stuff has been cut off, the problem becomes a bit more complicated...

Pretty easy, I swapped my 4" from my 95 4runner to my 92 reg cab. You will probally have to source a part or two from a junk yard, but other than that its just wrench turning.
