I want to buy a new pro comp 4" suspension lift but the place i am looking at that has it only sells the front lift i was just wondering if all i needed to do to the back was buy landcruiser springs and shocks, or is there more to it then that??

You'll also need a panhard drop bracket and extended brakeline.
4crawler sells the bracket and marlin crawler sells the brakeline.
Im sure others will chime in but off the top of my head I think thats about it.
