All the parts they said were wore out and couldn't align my front end was crap! I brought it back to town and had a shop that I usually does all my alignment and steering jobs(as well as tires) He said everything still looked brand new, no play in steering at all and he checked the alignment as well! I think they were just trying to sell some BS parts or didn't have the equipment to do it! Either way they lost my business as well as all my family's business. My wife's family and mine own 11 Toyota vehicles. I know the stealership doesn't care about our lowly 11 vehicles but someone else might!
