Leaky

I hope this is not HG problem.... I've got a 89 4Runner V6. HG's were replaced at 130K by the dealership. Over the past several months, I've noticed that when I start a cold engine, coolant begins to leak at the top, front of the engine specifically where the timing belt cover is and where the center small plastic spark plug wire clip is attached to. Once it warms up, it seems to not leak, but I can still notice water sputtering out. What do you think I have? A bad water pump? HG? Seals? Please help!

Pull the outer timing belt cover and hava a look. could be the water pump or the idler pulley.
