LC Engineering Header 22RE

Has anyone else had issues with this header rubbing the frame?

1990 4Runner 4x4

I think it's near the point of rubbing through now...any suggestions on making room? I'm not too hot on the idea of notching my frame, but if it saves having a hole in my header it may be worth it.

That would be a bad idea. Can you take a picture, we'll be better able to help.

I'd love to, but i'm at work. Not much to look at, just as I explained, the header is literally a millimeter from the frame, so any vibration and it's rubbing.
