Lateral Rod Difficult Installation, OME HD 2" Coils

Today I attempted another project on my 4Runner, installing new OME HD rear coil springs, that add 2" lift. I was sagging quite a bit before. Struggled to get out the old coils, and had to remove the bump stops to install the new springs even with coil compressors. Finally got the coils in and started the tidying up process. I am "stuck" on installing the Lateral Rod that runs from the driver rear axle to the passenger frame. I have the brake line disconnected, sway bar disconnected, and the shocks disconnected. The only thing installed is the springs. I have tried jacking up the axle both in the middle and on the driver side to get the lateral rod in the right spot. I have read online that I might need a drop bracket for this, but only after 3"+ lift. Any tips or tricks to get this rear lateral bar installed? It seems to be off by 1/2 inch give or take. Pictures are there but makes it seem like its way more off than that.
Once I jack it up, it is closer but I start to lift the truck off the jack stands...

This morning I went out and attempted to jack up the passenger side of the axle, as seen in a YouTube video on a 3rd gen. Did not work for me. I then un bolted the lateral rod from the frame, and bolted it to the axle first. Jacked up the driver side of the axle and I was so close, but still no chicken dinner. Can anyone offer any help? I might attempt to use a sledge hammer and bang that frame mount in a inch... I am this close to buying a drop bracket...
Attached at the axle instead, jacked up almost a foot...

You did change the suspension geometry by adding taller springs, meaning that the optimal length for the rod is now longer.

A drop bracket would probably help, but I have never worked on your year 4Runner, so I don't know.

Alright boys and girls.. I got it. If anyone has difficulty this was the method I used.

Put everything back together.. Springs, sway bar, brake lines, shocks, wheels, and lower the truck back onto the ground.
Jack up the passenger side of the axle about 6 inches, and whooolaaa! The holes will line up and you can attach your lateral rod and tighten the nut!
I even went to 4 Wheel Parts today and ordered a drop bracket, I will now be canceling that order! Truck looks so much taller.. I think the back is now higher than the front
