knock sensor question

I'm putting a remanned 3VZE in a 94 4runner. I'm planning on reusing the knock sensor but can't find torque specs on it. When I took it off the bad engine it was tight as hell but once it broke free I could remove it by hand. Also, how necessary is it to replace the knock sensor wire?
Thanks for your help.

Page EM-194 of my fsm says "install and torque the know sensor" but there is no spec for the torque anywhere. The conventional wisdom is tighten it up so it does not rattle around at all, but don't tighten it up too much. Not much help - is it. My best guess is less than 20 ftlbs. I used 10 and was happy with the snugness.

Knock Sensor wire - about $15 - and is usually what goes on these. Toyota techs are apparently told replace it whenever they remove the intake manifold. Mine went after a HG replacement. I would recommend 100% to replace the wire.
