Katie got a new toy!

Picked up a 93 Pickup -
3vze 5spd 4x4
171k

I bought it from the original owner and he said he never had the HG done and never had a problem.... So, i neeed to check to see if they can do it for me.

She is blue with no rust, single cab, short bed, good body.
and he threw in a free clutch !

WOO HOO

Oh yea, paid 1900 for it.

Kat

I will get pics up tomorrow when it is light out.

im still to excited to know yet -- I have been planning to do a frame up build on the 94 pickup that I parted out... ( I already have front and rear 60's and an extra T-Case...)

I might just change the clutch it this one and drive it for a while.... not sure.

I am at work guys - I will get a picture up when I get home later --

I dont know if I would pay much extra for the extra cab, but I would really like to have it -- All the deals I have come across have just happened to be the single cabs... I wont complain -

And NO, I would rather not rebuild this one! I am going to throw that new clutch and do something to the shifter(it is quite loose)

tkae a look at my video clip in the "shifter seat and bushing replacment" thread, see if yours is like mine was.

before I could move my shifter in circles and in each gear it would move side to side probibly 3-5"
now it moves no more then 1"

just my .02

Kewl, if you don't have LONG legs, then a standard cab won't cramp ya. The sloppy shifter is probably the easy fix of replacing the plastic bushings. There's plenty of info on that 'here'.
