just had alignment and still shakes in the steering

i have a 95 pickup that i did a complete over haul of the front end.new tierod ends, pitman arm, idler arm, power sterring pump and ball joints. I also added ball joint spacers.it rides great untill i hit 55 then i get a slight shake in the sterring wheel. can this be from the cv shafts.or is it something i missed

Yeah, or tires with a lump. I've seen slipped belts, weak spots and other tire defects cause this. Try rotating your tires and see if it changes anything.

All of the above or a bent rim. Sounds to me like a tire most likely.
An alignment doesn't fix a shake. Ever. Replacing something worn, bent or out of round and balancing tires does.

Does the brake pedal shake when you brake...If so, warped rotors. If not, tires.

It could also be loose or worn wheel bearings.

just put brand new tires and rims on truck going to swap tires around in the morning and no i dont feel anything in the break pedal but just heared new noise when driving at 5 mph and turning to the left i hear a clicking noise

if its clicking when turning ur cv is prolly about to go out but that shouldnt cause a shake at speed but it may

Look at the amount of weight added to each wheel to balance the tires. Does one of the front have a lot more as in two or three times then the rest if so that tire may have a problem.
