Just added a magnaflow
I just replaced my worn out OEM muffler with a magnaflow and some 2.25" pipe and a nice stainless tip. The muffler added a nice tone and the truck seems to have a bit more power. Especially noticable on the freeway and up hills. Hopefully the MPGs increase as well.
