probably your cat heat shield or check your exaust clamp right under the exaust manifold,i believe it bolts to a bellhousing bolt.

Does it make the noise when its idling?

Have you looked at all for the noise yet? if so what have you checked?

Are your bolts on your collector loose? Maybe the heat shield on the frame is touching the exhaust and rattling.

Yeah, I've got the same (I think) sound. More noticeable on downshifts? I don't know the rpm range but most noticeable in 3rd under decel. About 35 down to 30, but I can hear it 4th thru 2nd. If I figure it out, I'll share. Think its just exhaust related noise tho.

Sounds and noises are almost impossible to diagnoise over this world wide web thingy. It is a shot in the dark, at best, and your vague description does not help a whole lot. If you want some serious help without a bunch of gusses, which is what your getting so far, your going to have to post up a video of this noise.
