Issues after the Trans Swap

Issues after the Trans Swap
I just swapped my Auto for a Manual. Now my 4wd light won't work, but the 4wd does work.
For some reason I also lost shift on the fly. It worked with my auto, but now with the manual I have to be stopped to engage the 4x4.
My transfer case whines in 2x and 4x, more so when cold.
Factors
- I have Aisin hubs
- I have factory ADD no mods have been made
- VSV's appear to be working
Diagnosis
- I have tried the "permanent lock" for the ADD (use engine vacuum to slide the sleeve, thus controlling the 4x with the hubs)
This caused a vibration in the driveline, but the shift on the fly returned.
Anyone have any ideas here?
