Post ISR parts

Have a couple of questions as I am still planning on doing the ISR mod. Only issue I am really having is the nipples. No hardware, service center or parts stores here have the fittings. #2, Is there a place to purchase the hard pipe as I went to a local muffler shop but by the time they got done bending the pipe, it didn't look anything like the one in the write up. It was really squished in the bend. Would like to find a smooth bend that is close to the original diameter of the pipe and actually looks nice. Any and all suggestions are really appreciated.

This is how to do it.. or how I had always done it.

You need one Magnaflow 45* mandrel bend part number is 10739, Two aem reducer couplings part number 5-273. a Pair of Hillman Rubber grommets(can be obtained from any lowes) The size is 3/4OD x 7/16ID and two half inch 90* quest hose barbs. (also can be obtained from lowes). You will need four 2.5"-3.5" hose clamps.

What you do is cut the pipe down to the needed size. (On the Mangflow bend, one leg is longer than the other. You want to cut the long end) Drill two 9/16" holes in the pipe. Insert the grommets. Add a little water or something to ease the brass fittings in and slide them in.

The rest you should be able to figure out pretty easily.

I bought one of Cootees ISR mods for 75.00. I never installed it.

PM me with a reasonable offer and I'll sell it to you. I am doing a 3.4 swap and I don't need it anymore.
