Intermittent Grinding Noise

Hello everybody I am posting this thread because I am have a grinding issue in my 1991 Toyota Pickup 4x4. It is a 22re 5 speed Manual with manual locking hubs. The noise occurs at highway speeds of 55mph+ and only when I hit a bump/divot in the road or when the truck bounces. I’m pretty sure the noise is coming from the front end and I just replaced my front wheel bearings, upper and lower ball joints, and rotors and pads. I’ve searched this site for answers but haven’t really found anything that sticks well or makes much sense to me. The best idea I’ve found is the possibility of bad spindle bushings or something cv shaft related, however I’m still not sold on this idea.
