Mine are relayed. Actually remote control though. I can turn them on using a switch on the inside of the cab, or a little remote control on my keychain. I dont know when that would come in handy...I guess when I forget where I parked at night or if we are in the trail and need more light. I can turn them on from a few hundred feet away. Pretty slick.

I saw one a pep boys the other day when I was scouting out my future switch set up. Not sure of the one he got but it didn't look to be great quality. It seems geared toward the guy that is too lazy or too stupid to get a switch wired in the dash some where. But I guess if you can get a cheesy one at pep boys they must actually sell a nice one somewhere.

Actually, that one from pepboys is preety dope. "looks" can be deceiving. My buddy runs it on his newer 4runner. He wasnt to lazy to mount a switch, just didnt want anything perminant on a mint 4runner. My setup though is pretty much all custom. Just some relays/remotes from RadioShack, and than used the wiring kit from HELLAs. BUT You can get that Pepboys kit to. I think my buddy spent like $25 on his, and it works awsome!
