Injectors
While replacing the injectors seals on my 22Re injectors I managed to drop one and of course break off the bottom part that goes into the engine. That's just my luck!
Anyway will injectors for a V6 work in my 22Re? Will they plug in or will it be less work to buy new? I'm not looking to do a lot of wiring but I can get some V6 injectors from a friend if it's not a lot of trouble.
So will they work? I've searched and found nothing.

I'm pretty sure that the V6 injectors have a different flow rate. And You need to be cautious abbout swaping around injectors. Some injectors are high impedance (12-16 ohms)
And some are low impedance (about 2 ohms) If you swapp the low ones in place of the high ones you will quickly fry your ECM

Yeah I thought they would have a differnet flow rate but I didn't know if that would hurt anything or not. As far as impedance, how would I go about measuring the impedance on injectors if the flow rate would be okay for the 4 cyl motor? I'm sure using an ohm meter would tell me but is there more to it?
I'm curious now. It sounds like more trouble than what it's worth. I guess it's time for new injectors.
