Injector spacer removal

Did some searching and was not able to find any info on removing the Injector spacer (3VZE). I would like to replace the O-ring that goes around the spacer, but I am having a hard time figuring out how the spacer is removed. Not wanting to force anything and break something in the process. They appear to be made of some type of bakelite material and not rubber. Any help would be appreciated.

The o-ring is oiled and just carefully wiggled in. Just pull it right out. You won't hurt anything, especially if you're replacing the o-ring anyway.

Its best to just replace them when you take them out. Most of the time ive removed them out they break or crack anyway.

Thanks for the replies, got one out, just have to gentle. Basically pull out and push in. Squirting a little bit of WD-40 around the one I removed helped quite abit.
