Did you perhaps install it backwards?

Use a new throwout and pilot bearing? Is the throw of the clutch pedal adjusted properly?

Ah yes, another big one.

Many companies also coat bare metal parts with Cosmoline that needs to be cleaned off before install. Not sure if Centerforce does, but it may be something to think about.

*edit* COSMOLINE!!! I found it!

it's a rhythmic 'ticking' that increases in frequency as the engine revs up?

It is a possibility that you have a bent finger catching the fork or throwout bearing did u check the springs

so when you take of from a stop, the truck rhythmically jerks, and when shifting gears it jerks in time with the engine speed too?

the more you say, makes it sound more like an exhaust leak than a clutch problem.

and with all due respect, asking people to troubleshoot a clutch issue when you haven't even driven the vehicle is a waste of time for everyone.

Nothing like feeling like a monkey being jerked around by a chain led to this noise and that noise and finding that the damned circus train hasn't even left the station yet.
